Vants AI is an independent service brand offering AI workflow consulting, diagnostics and implementation. This notice covers visitors to this website and people who send us a business enquiry. It does not replace any data-handling terms agreed for a client project.
What we collect and why
When you submit the enquiry form, we receive your name, work email, optional phone number, company, role, workflow details, priorities, readiness and timeline. We also record the submission source, language and consent information. We use these details to understand the request, assess fit and respond to you.
Technical request information is processed to operate the website and protect the form from misuse. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential client material.
Your enquiry and consent
The form asks for permission to contact you about your request. Submitting it does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. You can withdraw that permission by contacting us. This does not undo processing already lawfully carried out.
Hosting, records and browser storage
Vercel hosts the website, and submitted enquiries are sent to Notion for review. These providers may process data outside your country. Any client-specific hosting or data-location requirements must be agreed before a project begins.
The website saves your appearance preference in local browser storage. Form drafts are saved in session storage in the current tab and removed after a successful submission. You can clear this information in your browser settings.
External links, including WhatsApp and social platforms, are governed by those providers’ own privacy notices.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept while the request is being considered and while it is needed for an ongoing business discussion or engagement. Records that must be retained for applicable legal obligations or to resolve a dispute may be kept longer. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
You can ask us to review or delete your enquiry information. If a legal obligation prevents deletion, we will explain the reason.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your data, a copy, correction or deletion, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.
